I've had Pennzoil 10W30 turn to jello after the car was parked and not
driven for several months. Further research and Googled articles informed me
that is a common issue with some paraffin-based motor oils such as Pennzoil.
I now use Mobile 1, after my rebuilt stroker was broke-in.
