[Roadsters] Cant get roadster to idle

I have a 69 2000 that was just rebuilt. Installed z therapys i got from a
friend. Car cranks and runs well from 2000 to 3000 rpms. Beloe that car wants
to stiumblke and die Tried to rich carbs up. Seens to leak gas from bottom of
nozzles past 2.5 turns. any ideas?
