[Roadsters] Charging problem

Don't forget electricity needs two paths, positive and negative. It can be
either one.

If all of your connections are
clean(wire brush them shiny) then I'd suggest
you check your battery. Swap it
out with another 12V car battery. Your bat
could have a shorted cell.
