[Roadsters] exhaust manifold leak

Don't know if this will help....

My 70 1600 has an exhaust leak at the manifold as well. It sounds like a
bad valve but the mechanic (who does the work I am not yet ready to do)
told me that clicking sound was actually a leak at the manifold.

This could be at the gasket or a cracked manifold. As far as I know (and
I am far far far from an expert) the only way to determine for sure is
to dismantle the intake and exhaust manifolds.
