1.Ask what it cost others.
2.Be prepared to spend way more than you will ever get out of it
3 Go slowly and shop fir parts
4 Do most of the work yourself
5 Risk getting burned out, frustrated, or out of cash and selling the whole
thing in the middle of it all.
Conclusion:
1. Don't do it
2 Do it anyway
Your choice!
