[Roadsters] Starter

Two ways (redundant): 1) Through the starter body, through the engine, to
the frame, and 2) from the starter flange bolt directly to the frame.
You'll find a small opening in the frame adjacent to the starter, which has
a captive nut inside the frame. The frame end of the staarter ground cable
attaches there. The starter ground cable is about 1/4-inches in diameter.
The starter will perform all right without the separate ground cable, but I
added one to my '67-1/2, which did not have separate cable when I bought it.
