[Roadsters] Gauge voltage regulator

Before you go searching for a new one, make sure the connections are
clean, as well as the mounting screw(s). They provide the ground.
My '69 1600 has lost both those gauges recetnly, and both time the
regulator was fine, but the wiring came loose.
