[Roadsters] OT: elec ignition prototype sources?

Off topic here.
Friend of mine is helping someone find a source to copy/mock-up a prototype
consisting of a hall effect trigger and amplifier made for Honda motorcycle
ignitions.
He has a working prototype to dissect.  He will need a competent manufacturer
to reverse engineer it and manufacture it in quantity.
Do you know anyone that could help?
