[Roadsters] Installing new body panels

I am jump starting my solex 2000 project after years. Working on concours.
While some body work and welding I am comfortable doing the rear quarters I am
not. I have 2 NOS rears and a rear NOS back panel. The quarters are made of
pure no longer available unobtainiam.
Can these be swapped by a competent body
shop or do I need to find a specialist. To ruin these would be a disaster. Any
recommendations in New England for a shop that won't screw these up?
