[Roadsters] clips for front hood chrome piece

If you are referring to the trim that covers the leading edge of the 
hood scoop, it has no clips.
You carefully press it over the metal and if necessary tap it back until 
it sits in the correct position.
Held there by friction only, at least on my '65 it is!
