[Roadsters] Knucklehead of the week candidate.

When installing a new hose to my master cylinder, I forgot to put a new crush washer between the hose and the master cylinder. You get one guess as to what happened 2-weeks later.

It must have stuck to the old hose and gotten tossed.  Does anyone have a spare they could sell me?
