 Randy,
Just acquired a 73 240Z with an original set of 14" western wheel turbines (I have the receipt from Western Wheel, Fresno, CA warehouse dated 1976) and brand new tires (195 70 14R, purchased 2019). Will sell as a set, wheels and tires. 
They're currently on the car, so my car will be on jack stands if you purchase. Previous owner painted the internal portion (graphite gray) outer lip and spokes and center lug area are still polished (looks good) with brand new chrome center caps, Z logo, you can remove / add a Datsun labels to the caps.
