[DMVR] Winter Road rally?

We had a winter rallye a couple of times, the only problem is that everyone 
is "too busy" to participate.  :-(  Kinda discouraging to go to the work of 
setting up a rallye and then almost nobody comes.

You could try organizing an outing at Sprockets but I don't know what kind 
of turnout you can get.  Could be fun!

Also, I have a 1966cc stroker kit for that little VW.
