[DMVR] Year end Awards

I would think that the DMVR Board would think that's a great idea.  I would 
suggest that you go to them with a proposal, including what it should be 
based on.  It sounds like working and helping in other ways with the Solo 
program is what you had in mind, not just winning the class since that 
already has awards.

The one thing that should be avoided, IMHO, is making it just a popularity 
contest.
