[DMVR] Iowa Challenge results

The rebirth of the Mama Sam Iowa Challenge on 8/28/05 was a great success, 
except DMVR didn't win.  :-(

Iowa Region won (22 drivers/63.636) with DMVR second (20 drivers/61.304) 
and Great River Region third (3 drivers/58.333).  The championship is based 
on an average so the number of drivers doesn't effect the outcome, but I 
was really pleased to see that many DMVR members.

Maybe next year we can win the traveling trophy!  It's a really nice laser 
engraved walnut plaque.
