[Fot] Alloy v steel

It is sometimes confusing when referring to other than alloy flywheels, some 
are steel and others are CAST IRON. With a steel wheel I can see getting the 
weight out of the outside diameter and the total down but I'd be very very 
careful doing this with cast iron.
