[Fot] Battery's, Non-TR

My brother runs a repair shop and VWs (mainly the new Bugs) must have the CPU 
reprogrammed by the dealer if the battery goes dead or you disconnect it.   
German manufacturers, Mercedes, BMW and VW will not release a lot of technical 
data and say that these repairs must be done by an authorized dealer.   Good 
reason to think twice before buying these cars.
