[Fot] Lever shock mounts

Henry;
              My TR4 had that problem and I think it came from putting
in heavy oil years ago. When I rebuilt it I added gussets on the back
side for more support after rewelding the bottom to the frame. My TR3
was also showing signs of pulling loose.
