hello! thank you for your reply. we are in 
olympia, washington. we plan on racing within the SOVREN VINTAGE RACING 
authority. (see their address above.) i will obtain their provisional
license 
first, then proceed to get a full competition license. yes we will be
novices at 
first, but as the sovren site will show, they put novices thru a mountain of

testing and classroom as well as on track observation. makes sense to me.
nobody 
wants a knucklehead driver out there mucking things up! ok sir how about
$xxxxx for that sweet TR4? we hope to hear back soon as we are ready to
