[Fot] Thrust washers

Right you are! Amusing to me how easily I get mixed up on the simple  
stuff. Had to go put the cap on the crank and move it back and fourth  
to see it in action, but I get it.
So... Question remains. Why the [near] failure of the top/front washer?
