Bob,

My motorcycle encyclopedia notes the Rapide as having 45 hp; the Black
Shadow w/ 55. In sanctioned competition this is significant. However in the
car-versus-motorcycle street racing event, I would suspect that skill, dumb
luck and the youthful dismissive concept of mortality are much bigger
determinants than hp.
