You can do if you have an light weight flywheel. With the stock flywheel you
only get the bearing cap out if you have removed the outer edges of the
sealing ring.

I don't think so. you can pull the center main with the engine in
place, but I've never figured out a way to pull the seal or the rear
main without pulling the engine.
