DOT: Any truck that you see with a DOT number has gone though the following;
All drivers are on a drug testing program, Driver history has been checked for
the last 3-5 years, A min. of 1 Million dollar lib. Insur. policy, annual
inspections on truck and trailer(s), permits for each state you travel(based
of weight) and in some states a Motor carrier permit is required if
transporting autos and the list goes on............ and the best part !!! The
feds change the law every 90 days.
