Click on the link at the bottom of every message.  At the very bottom of the
web page, click the button that says "Unsubscribe or change options".  On
the next page, fill in your email address & password (or click the "Password
reminder" button if you've forgotten your password).  Once you've logged in,
the configuration page allows you to specify a new email address.
