[Fot] health and accident insurance for race car drivers

I listened to an interview with Mr Obama on NPR last night and he mentioned
two specific items that would take effect "immediately" upon his signing the
bill into law. One was the prescription drug "donut" and the other the
ex-students being dropped from parents insurance. He intends to sign the bill
before his state of disunion speach, as you said, barring any legal hold ups.
We know this must all be true because he wouldn't lie to us.

Regardless of the outcome of the Senate passing their bill this morning, then
being able to reconcile with the House's bill sometime in January or February
and Obama signing whatever results we will be start being taxed in 2010 but
there will be no benefits until 2014.

So if your son is still unemployed 4 years from now then the answer would be
that he could remain on your policy.

Of course this supposes that the law is not put on hold by the Courts on
Constitutional grounds
