[Fot] Race license dilemma in Northern California

Most vintage organizations do licensing, and it's not expensive. For  
that matter SCCA has an inexpensive vintage license that works  
everywhere.  SCCA vintage grids would definately include your car, as  
would all the northern cal races I can think of except Monterey and  
perhaps wine country.
