[Fot] Engine heater

My dad had one of those in a car when I was a kid.  Apparently it
didn't regulate to well and it got overly hot, ruined the oil which
subsequently ruined the engine.  He talked about that thing for years
after wards.

I'm assuming if they sell them now they are probably a little better
regulated.
