[Fot] TR-4 rear tranny mount "tricks"

I use solid front mounts and a standard rear mount. I like Bob's
approach--I'll have to try that. Solid mounts make the car a little buzzier,
but I don't have to worry about breaking engine mounts. With Joe's aluminum
front plate the vibration is damped quite a bit.
