[Fot] TR-4 rear tranny mount "tricks"

I had a company make a rectangular piece of urethane  of ?durometer (I can't recall).  About three foot legnth minimum order.  It was pliable yet tough and machinable.  I dissasembled the std rear mount and used the upper and lower steel parts sandwiching the urethane between.  Had to do a little bit of trickery to isolate the top from the bottom but, that was nearly 10 years ago.   Not a peep out of it.
