Hey Joe,

 I worked at a Pontiac dealer years ago. One day a new
hire changed the oil on a Firebird. Next day it came back looking like a 
mosquito spray truck. Turns out the new guy thought you filled the oil all 
the way up to the fill hole.
 That was at least a 20 quart oil change.
