[Fot] oil leak

Friends, I need some advice.
71 GT6 6 cyl vintage race car . At present running triple 40 mm Webers. After
two races last year and one test day last Friday on a rebuilt engine, we have
developed an oil leak at the head gasket on the left side of the engine.
After the test day I noticed the 1 qt filtered oil catch can plumbed from
rocker cover was full, indicating blow by ? Should I install a new head
gasket? more crank case ventilation? build another motor?
