[Fot] Clutch throw out bearing sleeves for TR3/TR4

The finger and the diaphragm clutches use different release bearings. The
flywheels are also drilled differently. The finger type uses a 9 inch
diameter disc and the pressure plate uses two alignment dowels. The
diaphragm clutch uses an 8 1/2 inch disc and the pressure plate uses three
alignment dowels. \
