[Fot] Ignition improvements on a TR6

Working fine on my two TR6's.  First had it triggered by points and now it 
is working even better triggered by a Pertronics in the distributor.  Don't 
use more than 32,000 or maybe 40,000 volt coil or it will arc from post to 
post in the cap.
