[Fot] 1953 TR 1 Prototype

It must be a fake or a hoax.

It has always been understood that there was only one TR1 prototype. It  was
shown at the Earls Court show in London in the fall of 1953. By the time
Geneva came around the following March, Ken Richardson had had his say and the
car had been altered with the familiar trunk, a different chassis and other
alterations to the bodywork.

The photo in the ad was a period shot showing the front of the TR-1 but there
was nothing on the actual car being sold.
