[Fot] Spitfire Wheel Spacers...aluminum spacers now available

With some help and encouragement from the FOT, we produced a few Spitfire
wheels spacers....same as the TR3-6 spacers in thickness.  .250   stackable.

We did preproduction run of 20....then we will do a larger run.
