[Fot] Nominate new member

I would like to nominate a new member to the FOT.

Harvey Kinnard has purchased my Red TR4 # 96.  He has raced it under the 
number # 69.  He bought it after the Kastner Cup race at Topeka. While 
it did not race last year, he plans to be racing in 2014.

He definitely would like to be part of the FOT, and I'm sure he will 
enjoy being a member.

If I hear a second.   Mark, would you add him to the list.
