I agree completely. Setting up a simple website will save time for 
organizers and participants.  You post hotel and other information here 
on the list, but people forget - "Now what was the host hotel for the 
xxx race".  When Kramer and I arranged Hallett in 2006, I did the 
website and local stuff, while he interfaced with CVAR. Organizing did 
not require a major effort for either of us.
