[Fot] TR4 Valve Guide Clearance

There is a tool used to measure the ID of the bore, and they should 
be reamed to size after installation.  Stickimg valves is a bigger 
problem if you have enough lift in the cam that a stuck valve will 
hit the piston.  Results are quickly very disastrous then.
