[Fot] Blocks

Thanks to all. Since this was the first block we got with the original
breather plug, though we would ask.  Since the old breather location seemed to
vacate more oil than vapor , I 'Spose because it was so low in the block, we
put a .75AN fitting in the fuel pump block off plate.
