Good motto.
When I was doing triathlons, I was a pathetic swimmer; I was DAL out of the 
water many times. But I passed many a good swimmer on the bike and run. Felt 
good.
There was an old saying something to the effect of "The thrill is not in 
winning, but in the courage to join the race."
