[Fot] Fw: Fot mailing list probe message

I got my second one the other day, the first one about a month ago.

The sample message attached to both seems to indicate (in my case) that emails
to this list from members with AOL email accounts are not getting to me
through my Hotmail account.

I get these once a week or so from  various Triumph list.  I have not been
posting anything recently.  Anybody else get these? Are these legit or a virus
scam of some sort?
