[Fot] differential Pinion Height

Silly me, I just stuck a (tiny) torque wrench on it.

As Bill said, check the tooth pattern to get the depth right.  I got lucky
there, the new head bearing was the exact same thickness as the old one, so
the original shim pack thickness was still correct.
