[Fot] TR3 transmission mount cross piece

The fine thread nuts for the four transmission cross member bolts are
welded to the underside of the small frame brackets (on the TR3-4).  You
could use longer bolts and run a jam nut up against them.  Also check for
cracks in the cross member.
