[Fot] FW: broken axle

that is a really weird failure!  In an area where i would never expect it.
 something else weird with that axle.  It almost doesn't look like 1 piece
as the bit left appears to have a land that wasn't touched outside of the
failure.  The big hole drilled in the flange is odd.
