[Fot] TR-3/4 rocker shafts

Barry, right you are.  Needle bearings by nature lose oil between 
needles. Plus needles are extremely hard. OK for supporting something 
that rotates a full 360 but really hard on something that only rocks 
back and forth in the same quadrant. Many of the rocker mfg.'s have gone 
away form needle bearings.  Ted
