The important part is "new Denso units".A good friend who is in the bidness of rebuilding starters/gennys has pointed out several points in the reman process that are failure-prone, and wear limits of some components may be very generous.As with any "rebuilt" you take your chances...Glen

 Group, I just installed one of the Wosp starters Ralph fixed me up with. This starter appears to be a higher quality than the gear reduction starter it replaced. The fitment is better and they incorporated some good design features. Ralph gave me a good price on top of it. If you need a starter you should contact Ralph.
