Thanks everyone for your positive comments.  And special thanks to Greg for kindly omitting the part where we first sent the adapters to your old address after you clearly included the correct address in your email.  That had to be very frustrating.  We are not perfect but we try hard.

I put in the R200 in my TR250, finished the job a few weeks ago.  They forgot to send the adapters for the axles.  I emailed Richard and he said he would send out the parts right away, and he did in the middle everything going on.  All the parts fit and work great.  
It is also a super upgrade by the way.  Highly recommend.
