[Fot] Billet crank shaft

Yes, a number of TR racers use Marine cranks.  Unlike the Moldex, which looks like the factory design, the Marine unit has a 5 main bearing design, two dummy mains.  The Marine crank calls for grinding the webbing in the block for clearance of the counter weights.
