[Fot] Fw: Tech forms for the Kastner Cup

I just don't want the guys from oversees having trouble going through the
SVRA tech inspection.  It was already brought to my attention that some
cars do not run dual circuit brakes.  Also that they may not have an
approved fuel cell. I'm assuming they follow FIA and not SFI
certification.  Do you think SVRA could adopt the policy of VARAC (at their
GP event in Mosport) to inspect the entrants based on their own club
rules?
