Yep, I’ve left a white line before, a couple times. Oil dry all the way from my pit to the grid at Hastings. I didn’t know it at the time but my oil cooler blew

and I drove all the way to the grid leaking oil. Good enough you can see it from space. This from google images.

Not so fondly remembered by the grid workers as the Gray Line. They were still pissed about it years later.
